Intro Stage 2
With Stage 2 of the INTRO diet you continue with the previous foods, but add:
Whole egg (if no reaction), this is cracked into the stock when you are cooking the vegetables.
Increase the amount of fermented foods every day.
Add homemade ghee (recipe found in book).
You can use your slow cooker to cook the meat and vegetables.
Add fermented fish and/or Swedish gravlax (found in the recipe section of ‘Gut and Psychology Syndrome’ book).
Since you have been on the stock for a few days now, you can start to add the soft tendons from the joints of the meat.
Always take note of any reaction or die off that may occur and adjust accordingly. Remember to go slow!
