Lamb & vegetables stock- stage 1 GAPS Intro
When you start the GAPS Intro diet, you begin with meat stocks and vegetables. Before you start the diet it is a good idea to make a few litres of stock (and freeze in small portions) and have a variety of meats on hand (beef, pork, chicken, lamb, fish), freeze any that you have extra of.
You will find that eating meat and vegetable stock for every meal will start to get repetitive. Ideally, try a different meat for each meal to add variety.
