Yoga Classes at EPEC

Restorative & Yoga Nidra

Allow yourself to fully immerse into a state of rest. Yoga props are used during this practice to enable your body to feel supported. Each pose is held for at least 5 minutes to gain stillness and calm.

The last 30 minutes consists of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is between a state of consciousness and deep slumber. This practice is also known as ‘yogic sleep’ and is a must for anyone that feels that they need to nurture their nervous system.
