Pleo Luffa (Luffasan): a plant remedy made from luffa sponge to decrease congestion and inflammation of the sinuses, nasal passages, tonsils, and lymph nodes. It is used for sinusitis, allergies, headaches with dry mouth, hay fever and allergic rhinitis (runny nose), and sensitive or reactive mucous membranes.

Ingredient: 

• Luffa operculata 4X

Adults take 1-3 tablets once a day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Children and adolescence (6 years and older) take 1-3 tablets once a day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Acute dosing: take 1 tablet every 30-60 minutes (not to exceed 6 times per day)
